Can you build musle without eating meat, fish, eggs or dairy products?

I want to build muscle but Im trying to avoid the above foods. Any suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.
Answer:
You must be a vegan. If you are soy foods really, really help. But without the things listed above you might have to work twice as hard.
You can get protein from many sources. Veggies and beans.Although it will be hard to eat enough of those to see significant improvements.
u need protien where u going to get it. u need some meat
You need protein from some source. Theres peanuts and other legumes, soy, and dietary supplements that can provide it.
yes you can build muscle, but it is really difficult.
work out by strength training and eat foods HIGH in protein.
Yes you can. However all the above are great sources of protein, and when weightlifting protein is key because it makes you big quicker. If you are patient you can try it without the above foods, or if not you can always try protein bars, shakes, etc. The best protein bars that are healthy and taste amazing are the south beach brand. Good luck dude.
You can't actually build muscle by merely eating certain types of foods. By eating meat, fish and eggs, however, you body will access much-needed proteins and nutrients necessary to build muscle by doing resistance training. There is creatine in mainly meat and fish that is extremely beneficial in supplying energy to muscle cells. Although, you will not be depriving yourself of creatine by choosing not to eat those foods, as there are other ways of obtaining it.Nuts, such as almonds, are a great way to consume protein. Try soy nuts as well; they're unbelievably good for you.
The only way to build muscle is to eat more protein while you are in a workout routine. So try other sources of protein.
Have you thought about whey protein shakes?
You should be having 1-2g protein per lb of weight that you weigh every day.
I'm not a big meat eater so I supplement my diet with protein powder (you can add it to just about everything), protein bars etc.
They come in different flavours and even unflavoured so are very versatile.
I'm sure you can find some which is egg free dairy free etc.
Hope this helps!
