Can you do lemonade diet and at the same time eat healthy?

I made some searches about this diet and it is very good since your body can detoxifies and "It can help you to lose weight, too". I do not believe that so much truly but I believe that it would be more healthy to add some healthy food (proteins, fibers, a little of carbohydrates. also some food low in calories)what do you Think?Ahh and OBVI, EXERCISING ALOT!!

My experience with lemonade is a succesful one.
I did experience around 10 pounds decrease after 14 days.However I strongly urge you to consume more fibres and nutritions, especially from vegetarian ingredients.Fruits, vegetables and a little of WHOLE GRAIN bread can help you survive.If I may share, I strongly discourage the consumption of Salt water flush. The salt - water mixture. Here's what i found about it, and I didn't do the salt water flush either."Avoid the salt water flush (SWF) where you are supposed to drink salt water which will then come out a half hour later where solid waste comes out. This is very unhealthy for you. The reason that it passes right through you, without you digesting it, is because it is toxic for you to digest it. There's no quick fix or special diet that will work. The best thing ever is Weight Watchers. It teaches you how to decide for yourself what to eat. Additionally, muscle burns fat so if you exercise regularly, combining some weight training and cardio and eat healthy foods, cutting out excess fats like cheeses, mayo, heavy salad dressings and sugars you will definitely lose the weight you want to lose in a short period of time.There is nothing like working for something and getting the payoff!
