The answer is yes and no. You need to make sure you are buying from someone selling genuine gear and not a scammer or selling fake goods that can potentially harm you. There are plenty of sites out there that will take your money and you never receive the product. I wouldn't trust anyone that sets a minimum dollar amount for an order. If you only order enough for personal use the worst thing that could happen is it gets confiscated by customs during shipment and you will receive a letter sating it was seized(unless you buy so much that it looks like you plan to distribute them then they may come after you). If you don't respond to the notice then nothing happens you just don't get your gear. You should do a lot of research before you decide to use steroids and consider whether it's right for you. If you are not atleast 18 you should not take them period. If you are over 18 you should dedicate yourself to a strict diet and training regimine for a few years to see how far you can get on your own. Steroids can help but it can come at a price to your health in the long run so, please do your research and make sure you're willing to pay that price because honestly once you understand the some of the bad things that could happen to you they're not worth the risk.
