Can you gain weight eating rice?or is it healthy?


Answer:
depends on how much rice you eat.
If your gonna eat it alot, eat brown rice, its better for you.
yes you can gain weight because rice is carbs
RICE IS MOSTLY LIKE BREAD TOO MUCH IS BAD FOR YOU CUZ IT GAINS WEIGHT BUT A LIL IS OK SINCE YOU NEED CARBS SO IF YOU LIKE RICE EAT IT IN PORTIONS
i have experienced gaining a lot of weight by rice. last year i was in vacation at philippines and as a filipino i ate a lot of rice and i gained a bunch of weight. dont eat rice 24/7. just make sure you will do a lot of cardio as well
well rice settles in your stomach s you gain weight so as soon as you're done eating you have to exercise it off. either ways rice isn't good for you but if you are going to eat it it's best if you eat brown rice because it's more healthy.
